Coffee cultivation begins in the fertile mountain coffee plantations, where the seeds are carefully selected to obtain healthy and productive plants. Throughout the year, coffee growers take care of each stage of the process: from planting, irrigation and natural protection against pests, to the manual harvesting of the ripe beans, selected one by one to guarantee their quality. The beans are then pulped, washed and sun-dried to preserve their unique flavor and aroma characteristics. This commitment to good agricultural practices ensures a sustainable, high quality coffee of origin.
